Description
This beautiful woman wanted to make some subtle adjustments to her nose and chin. She did not like the hump on her nose and the way her columella appeared to be hanging down past her nostrils. She also wanted to make her chin smaller and more proportionate to her face. I performed a Septorhinoplasty and Chin Reduction.
She looks amazing in her one-month after photos! Her nasal hump has been completely removed, her columella has been lifted and contoured, and overall, her nose appears much smaller and in balance with her other facial features.
It’s important to note that her chin is still quite swollen. Chin reductions take much longer for the initial swelling to go down (about 4-6 months). Patience is key during the first 6 months of recovery.
