What is SkinPen Microneedling?

Microneedling with the SkinPen
Microneedling, also referred to as collagen induction therapy, can reach below the skin surface and rather than removing the top layer of dead skin, it punctures the skin’s outer layers, causing tiny wounds that stimulate the skin’s natural healing response. The overall appearance of your skin should continue to improve over the next couple of weeks after treatment and you may continue to notice an improvement over the course of the next three to six months as collagen and elastin are stimulated.
