This beautiful woman had a rhinoplasty several years ago and did not like the appearance or function of her nose. She had nasal obstruction and an ill defined nasal tip. I performed a revision rhinoplasty with rib cartilage grafting, which resulted in improved nasal breathing and a more refined and defined nasal appearance.

This photo was taken 3 months after her procedure and she finally has the nose of her dreams! Keep in mind that there is still a substantial amount of swelling at the 3-moth stage. As the months proceed, the bridge and tip of her nose will continue to refine and her nose will look more defined. It’s important to remember that it takes 16-24 months to see the final result of a revision rhinoplasty. Patience is key while recovering from a rhinoplasty, especially a revision rhinoplasty.
