Rhinoplasty Case 8

Gender
Female

Description

This beautiful 30-year-old felt like her nose and chin dominated her face and did not like the overall sharp, angular appearance. She also had trouble breathing out of one nostril due to a deviated septum. We discussed her options and decided that a septorhinoplasty and boney chin reduction would give her the look she desired. The only way to reduce or create this type of balance in a patient with too large a chin is to reduce the boney chin size.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Three months after surgery, she breathes much better that she did preoperatively and she is happy with her softer, more balanced facial appearance.
